Jesse is an associate in the real estate transactional department. Jesse specializes in assisting buyers and sellers of residential property, such as single and multiple-family homes, condos, and coops in New York. While in law school, Jesse worked at various real estate law firms throughout New York gaining comprehensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Jesse handles all aspects of the residential real estate transaction process, including drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and assisting clients at closings. Jesse also has experience formulating LLCs and other corporations for international and domestic clients.
