As a Founding Partner of Schwartz Levine Pinkas Stark PLLC (“SLPS”), with over two decades of experience, Charles represents clients in New York City, Westchester and throughout the greater New York metropolitan area. He focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate law, handling transactional matters such as sales, acquisitions, leasing, and financing of property. He has extensive experience representing sellers and purchasers, landlords and tenants, in all phases of transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and LLC agreements, and conducting closings with respect to various types of real property.

Charles has a keen understanding of the New York metropolitan market and is extremely attentive to clients. He has worked with many high-net-worth individuals and high-profile companies and is adept at handling the most complex cases. In addition, he is committed to using his experience to teach others and regularly speaks about real estate law matters at many of the top New York real estate brokerages such as Douglas Elliman Real Estate, The Corcoran Group, Compass, Brown Harris Stevens, and Serhant. among others.

Additionally, Charles has made frequent television appearances on MSNBC, Bravo and most recently on Netflix’s Owning Manhattan and has been featured in a variety of print and online publications, including The Real Deal, NY Law Journal, The Mann Report and Talking New York Real Estate with Vince Rocco.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys boxing, spinning, trying new restaurants, and watching New York sports teams. He lives in Bedford, New York with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
