A native New Yorker, Sandy is Co-Managing Partner of Schwartz Levine Pinkas Stark PLLC. Sandy’s “hands-on” and zealous approach to representing clients has enabled him to develop an extensive, loyal, and diverse client -base throughout his career. Sandy focuses primarily on the representation of individuals and entities in the purchase and/or sale of condos, coops, and residential homes. Sandy’s practice also extends to commercial real estate in both the transactional world and in representing businesses in commercial leases.
Sandy frequently lectures at many of New York’s top residential real estate brokerage firms on “hot topics” in the field. Moreover, Sandy has enjoyed traveling the globe and conducted educational seminars for real estate agents and their clients in places such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan (to name a few) where he educated potential investors and their agents on the esoteric purchase process in New York. He is also licensed by the New York State Department of State as a Continuing Education Teacher for Real Estate Salespersons and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives.
Sandy has been quoted and highlighted in various publications such as The Real Deal and Page Six.
In his spare time, Sandy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on their boat, “The Fab Five” and visiting friends and family in Boca Raton, FL which he considers a “second home”.
